1 Introduction:

The busbar automatic feeding equipment is integrated with the 602K series busbar punching and shearing machine independently developed by our company to realize automatic copper busbar processing. Its advantages are improved automation, reduced labor intensity, reduced waste caused by manual feeding errors, and improved production efficiency.

The busbar automatic feeding equipment consists of: sorting and unpacking area, manual stacking area, inventory area, punching and shearing processing and feeding area. The layout structure is reasonable, and the bending processing area and milling arc processing area are reserved. The overall layout is square and reasonable, and the footprint is small.

2 Mechanical structure of copper bar warehouse:

  1. Material rack (or trolley): The warehouse can choose to enter the warehouse from the front (using the material rack) or load the materials from the side (using a trolley for entering the warehouse). The trolley is composed of tracks, racks, power wheels, platforms, width adjustment devices, and length limit mechanisms; the trolley is an important part of connecting the sorting and unpacking area with the inventory area. After the copper bars are sorted and unpacked, they are put into the trolley manually or by hoisting. The trolley transfers the materials to the gantry of the warehouse through the track to realize automatic hoisting and storage.
  2. Inventory area: The warehouse uses vertical grids to separate copper bars of different models, which can be flexibly separated according to customer needs; square tubes and I-shaped steel are used as the base, and adjustable anchor bolts are installed on the base to facilitate the adjustment of the horizontality of the warehouse.
  3. Gantry: The gantry is placed above the copper bar warehouse. It uses a combined gantry welded with square tubes. It is easy to transport and can be used after on-site installation; the gantry is equipped with a gantry hoisting system and is surrounded by guardrails.
  4. Gantry crane: The main functions of the gantry crane are warehousing and loading. The gantry is equipped with a gantry lifting system, which can move along the gantry. The movement of the gantry crane is controlled by a servo motor, which can accurately select materials for unloading; the lifting system of the gantry crane is servo-controlled, and the gantry crane is equipped with a combined suction cup, which can meet the requirements of copper bars with a width of 30mm-160mm and a thickness of 3mm-12mm.
  5. Cache platform: During the loading and processing, in order to save loading time, a cache platform is set up, and the copper bars to be processed can be hoisted into the cache platform by the gantry crane first, so as to load the materials quickly.
  6. Power platform: The power platform is docked with the 602K punching and shearing machine, and a floating power roller is used. After the gantry crane places the copper bars on the power platform, the power roller starts and floats up to feed the machine. After the feeding arrives, the power roller stops rotating and descends, and the machine starts processing.
  7. Control system: An independent control system, integrated with the machine control software, can realize: inventory management, warehousing management, automatic outbound system, and 602K CNC punching and shearing machine processing system. When entering the warehouse, manually check the specifications of the copper bar to be entered and enter the quantity to be entered.
  8. Safety protection: The warehouse area is protected by isolation guardrails to prevent personnel from entering the hoisting area during the hoisting process; the warehousing area and the machine processing area are equipped with electronic fences. When entering the electronic fence area during the use of the machine, the machine will suspend processing, the machine buzzer alarm, and after exiting the processing area, manual confirmation is required to resume the processing process.

 

3 Advantages of copper bar warehouse:

  1. It is connected with the 602K series punching and shearing machine independently developed by our company, and uses the independently developed control software, which integrates warehousing, inventory management, and copper bar processing. It can be connected with management software such as ERP through communication.
  2. The structure is compact, the layout is reasonable, and the footprint is small.
  3. Warehousing and loading can be carried out at the same time, saving time.
  4. The warehousing trolley adopts servo pre-positioning, which reduces the time of manual adjustment.
  5. The loading platform adopts a floating power transmission wheel. During the processing, the power transmission wheel drops, reducing the friction with the copper bar.
  6. The operating position is open, and manual loading can be realized when the material warehouse is not in use.

 

4 Automatic production process flow:

  1. Manual unpacking: The copper bar is unloaded from the truck and placed in the copper bar bin, and the packaging is removed manually.
  2. Storage platform: The unpacked copper bar is transported to the storage platform.
  3. Operation interface: Enter the quantity and specifications of the materials to be stored in the system and start storage.
  4. Punching and shearing: Start the MX602K-7/8C CNC busbar punching and shearing machine, load the processing program, and the system retrieves the required specification materials.
  5. Material collection: After receiving the material request instruction from the MX602K-7/8C CNC busbar punching and shearing machine, the material warehouse takes the material according to the required material specifications by the pneumatic suction cup placed on the gantry, and transports the material to the roller conveyor line.
  6. Transport: The power roller transports the material to the MX602K-7/8C CNC busbar punching and shearing machine, and triggers the induction switch to start processing.

This software is a copper bar processing graphic design auxiliary editing software independently developed by our company. It is used in conjunction with the operating system of our copper bar punching and shearing processing machine and CNC bending machine. The software has the functions of template creation and calling of commonly used graphics, import and edit CAD two-dimensional graphics, import and create three-dimensional graphics, batch processing of copper bars and nesting calculation, etc. The data calculation is accurate and the operation method is convenient, which can effectively improve the production and processing efficiency.

Software features:

1 -The interface is simple, the functional area is clearly divided, and the operation is convenient.

2 -Supports 2D graphics import, 2D graphics format supports common DWG format, can import straight and bending rows directly into the software and edit them.

3 -Supports 3D graphics import, can directly import STP (*.step, *.stp) files, supports single file import, and supports batch import of files.

4 -The software comes with a template call-in function, and some common graphics are preset. Graphics can be created by calling the graphics and modifying the size. The operation is simple and convenient.
