-Complete horizontal and vertical bending of copper bars through different molds.
-Directly perform angle bending by inputting the bending angle and the thickness of copper and aluminum bars.
-The left side of the bending station is equipped with a CNC servo system for automatic positioning. By setting the bending distance and angle through the touch screen, CNC hydraulic control of the bending angle is achieved, achieving high-precision bending without the need for marking.

Template Punching

Template punching

In single hole mode, double hole mode, and four hole mode, press the foot switch, The X-axis and Y-axis rulers will automatically position to the coordinate point of the first hole. Gently place the copper bar against the X-axis and Y-axis rulers, and then press the foot switch to start the punching mold downward. After sensing the limit switch, it will automatically return and complete all punching processing in sequence according to this operation.

Cutting operation

The cutting mode can program to process up to 10 different lengths of copper bars at a time. Fill in the size and cutting quantity of the workpiece to be cut in sequence, and enable several types of processing from top to bottom. 1. Shear elastic pressing: Use elastic pressing for relatively small copper bars. 2. Input the length and quantity of copper bars that need to be cut based on their actual size. 4. After the data input is completed, press the foot switch to start the cutting unit oil pump. When the foot switch is pressed, the servo ruler automatically positions the coordinate of the first workpiece, gently places the copper bar on top of the shear ruler, and then steps on the foot switch again. The scissors go down, and after sensing the limit switch, they automatically return. Follow this operation to complete the cutting processing of all workpieces in sequence. Attention: The servo ruler can automatically position according to any input size. When the cutting length is less than 60mm, the ruler will automatically start to avoid before cutting, and the distance of avoidance and retreat is 70mm.

⚠ Attention: Before using the gear ruler to avoid deviation, hold down the copper bar to avoid size changes.

Shaped Bending Parameter Calling And Usage Instructions:

For example, taking a 5mm thick copper bar requires a bending degree of 90 degrees.

Step 1: Touch the 【 Parameter Call 】 button, click on the 【 L-shaped 】 icon to enter the L-shaped bending parameter setting interface, as shown below:

Step 2: Select the [40 type mold], set the thickness of the copper bar to 5mm, the angle to 90 degrees, and the holding time to 1 second. (Modify in the operation interface) The elastic compensation can be set according to the actual angle after the copper bar processing is completed without setting it for now.

Note: Elastic compensation=set angle – actual angle. When the set angle is less than the actual angle, the elastic compensation is negative. When the set angle is greater than the actual angle, the elastic compensation is positive (range -15.00 degrees to 15.00 degrees).

Mold selection suitable for copper bars 40L: suitable for copper bars below 5mm

80L: suitable for copper bars above 6mm

Step 3: Click confirm. Return to the operation interface.

Step 4: Operation method for angle bending:

(1) In the manual control mode, click on the forward button or step on the foot switch. At this time, the oil cylinder drives the bending mold forward, and the angle of the copper bar gradually decreases. Stop until the copper bar is bent to the set angle, and press the 【 Back 】 button when returning. If the angle needs to be fine tuned, you can choose to change from “continuous” to “inch” in manual mode for fine tuning.

(2) In the automatic control mode, press the foot switch and the oil cylinder will drive the bending mold forward,

After reaching the 【 Positioning Front Limit 】 and 【 Holding Time 】, the bending mold will automatically return to a position less than or equal to the starting point and stop.

Step 5: Take out the copper bar and complete the angle bending process.

Example: H1 is a 3mm thick copper bar, H is 50mm, L1 is 80mm, L2 is 80mm,L is 300mm

Step 1: Touch the 【 Z-shaped 】 icon in 【 Parameter Call 】 to enter

the Z-shaped bending parameter setting interface, as shown in the following figure:

Step 2: Select the [40 type mold], set the copper bar thickness H1 to 3mm, the staggered height H to 50mm, and the inclined edge length L1 L2 is set to 80mm, and the total length L is 300mm. After clicking the [Calculate] button, the system will automatically calculate the required length and angle of the copper bar, and then click the [Confirm] button to bend it.

Step 3: Confirm and return to the working screen (as shown in the figure below).

Step 4: For the operation method of Z-bend angle bending,

please refer to the third step of L-bend.

Note: The bending position of the first bend is located according to the dimensions

on the drawing, and the bending position of the second bend is a slope length of 80mm.

Step 5: Take out the copper bar, Z-shaped bending processing completed.

Jinan Leaderfeng Machinery Shaped Bending Parameter Calling And Usage Instructions

1.Touch the “U-shaped” icon in the “Parameter Call” to enter the U-shaped bending parameter setting interface, as shown in the following figure:

2 The usage method of U-shaped bend is the same as that of L-shaped bend. For detailed introduction and operation instructions, please refer to L-shaped bend.

Note: [40 type mold]: When the thickness of the copper bar is below 5mm (including 5mm), please choose the 40 type mold.

80 type mold: When the thickness of the copper bar is 8mm or more (including 8mm), please choose the 80 type mold.

【 Mold 】: When customers customize special molds, this option is used.

Limit bending: It is a commonly used operating mode when the bending angle is unknown, and the operation is simple and fast (as shown in the figure below).

1. In the [Manual Control] mode, click on the [Forward] or step on the foot switch. At this time, the oil cylinder drives the bending mold to move forward, and the angle of the copper bar gradually decreases. When the eyes see that the bending angle is similar, stop. If you want to fold the same angle, click on the [Set as Front Limit], and the [Positioning Front Limit] will immediately become the same value as the [Current Position]. When bending the second bend, the bending mold will stop when it reaches this positioning front limit. If the angle is not enough and needs to be adjusted, you can choose the [Continuous] in the [Manual Mode]. When returning in manual mode, you need to press the 【 Back 】 button to return.

Note: The bending mold can only move forward when the pre positioning limit value is greater than the current position value.

2. In the automatic control mode, press the foot switch oil cylinder to drive the bending mold forward, and stop when it reaches the positioning limit. When the holding time is up, it will automatically return to the processing starting point .
